I have been using this journal consistently for 4 years now. I love it.

Hands down the best journal I have used - I have started so many - this one is tearing down the emotional wall I have of not finishing most things I start

Helps me stay on task. I find that when I can't work on my task and goals I get upset. But when I do get to work on my task and get things done, I'm happier and enjoy my free time more.
